Sinful Colors Pinky Glitter

Today I have just a simple mani for you - nothing elaborate or intricate, as I did it this morning before work.  I started with Revlon Desire from their Just Tinted collection.  Fortunately since this is a semi-matte, it dries really fast.  It's a medium pink jelly and I used 3 coats for full coverage.  Then I added Sinful Colors Pinky Glitter as a top coat.  Pinky Glitter is a small holo glitter suspended in a light pink base.  My bottle was extremely thick - it was like GOOP.  I used 2 coats of the Pinky Glitter and then topped with 2 coats of SV.  Enlarge the pics to view the glitter detail.

Lots of product on my nails - I will probably regret this in a couple days when I have to remove it.

So here are the pics -

Happy Pink Wednesday!

  1. Ooh, super cute layering! I have had to thin a lot of my SC glitters, but I do love them. This is so pretty together!

  3. Thats a beautiful combo.. I know I can come to this blog and find pretty color combos. I have been wanting to get the Pinky glitter... ya know, EVERY SINGLE bottle of sinful glitters end up thick for me... super gloopy, gummy thick. I've had to thin all of them before using. You'd think they'd correct that.

  4. This looks like something Barbie would wear - I love it! I also hate when it takes forever to remove polish but, it's almost worth it!
